Elizabeth and I have been making butter at home and salting it with fancy salt from the salt store. This was made from Strauss Family Creamery Cream and Maldon Salt.

Does it have the salty crunch like the French butter we bought in Portland?
yep, the butter is slightly salted and then we added Maldon flake salt to one of them and some Grey salt to another. It's really good!
IM COMING TO PORTLAND TO EAT BUTTER!
