How'd you get it off the peel? Dad kept saying, you have to get it off the peel soon!
We got it off fine. I didn't put enough cornmeal down, but we worked it out. Mark got it off with a mix of magic and experiance.
I'm so impressed, very cool. And so glad you found a use for the thermometer and I'm sure you will find more. It's a beautiful massive loaf.
well done lauren, it looks incredible and seriously unreal. are there plans for more still? any pictures from the eating of it / can we make a massive sandwich someday soon?
